On 01JUL24, the Texarkana Regional Airport new terminal opened and the Avis counter has moved inside the new airport terminal. Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Rental cars are parked outside the terminal within walking distance. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". They will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Proceed inside to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked outside the terminal within walking distance.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed RA jacket/contract & the keys in the key drop box at the Avis counter inside the terminal. The terminal is locked about 10PM. If terminal is locked, the customer should locate the guard at the guard shack and give the keys and contract to him.
